Refund & Return Policy

At Somonion Aroma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@somonionaroma.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
